Ciatel Corp was built on a simple observation: the AI technology transforming large enterprises is just as capable of transforming small ones — but the costs are too high and the timelines too long for most SMBs to benefit. We started Ciatel Corp to fix that.
Why we exist
Every week, small businesses are quoted eye-watering fees and multi-month delivery windows for work that — with the right stack — can be scoped, built, and shipped in weeks. The problem isn't the technology. It's the way most agencies approach it: bloated processes, generic tooling, and teams that charge enterprise rates regardless of the project size.
We chose a different path. By building on a modern, proven stack — React, Next.js, Node.js, AWS, Supabase, Vercel, and Render — and by staying deliberately lean, we cut delivery time without cutting quality. We pick the right tool for each problem rather than defaulting to whatever is most familiar or most billable.
What we've built
Our work spans AI voice agents, e-commerce platforms, and business automation. We built Arno, an AI voice agent designed to handle inbound calls and qualify leads automatically — the kind of tool that previously required a dedicated support team. We built Elto Pets, a full e-commerce experience for a UK pet brand, from product catalogue to checkout. We've delivered conversion-focused landing pages for e-commerce businesses across the UK and US, and we've shipped internal automation tools that have cut hours of manual work down to minutes.
Our founder brings six years of freelance and business consulting experience, combined with a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Central Lancashire. That background shapes how we work: every engagement is scoped precisely, costed honestly, and delivered on a timeline you can actually plan around.
